Colin Kippen did wonders with his zero-budget allowance. He can get a recommendation from me, if he wants it, for his next job application.

This is so sick. We in Honolulu are seemingly locked in the clutches of a preponderance of inept sociopathic elected officials and their hired or appointed minions of power. The creative class is leaving the state in droves and the rest of what's left of the middle class are struggling to stay afloat. "Lucky you live Hawaii" no longer rings true for many.
