Help the Neighbor Islands participate in legislative hearings

Who can afford to fly over to Oahu from a Neighbor Island to give testimony? And I’ve been told by one Senator that he never reads testimony… so being here is critical. You can bet that corporate lobbyists will testify in person.
HB358 would permit videoconferencing. It would be great if it passes. You can help. Here is an email from a Big Island activist:

Please help me get the conference committee chairs to schedule this bill, which would lay the groundwork for allowing neighbor island residents to use videoconferencing to give testimony at the legislature.
Send and email to the conference committee chairs Rep. Nishimoto and Sen. Wakai. It can be as simple as one line that says "please schedule HB358, relating to videoconferencing."
