A use for plastic bottles–separating eggs!

I wrote in Breaking the Safeway seltzer monopoly (8/21/2012) that we’re no longer going to buy Safeway seltzer. We have a neat little machine to make our own. We won’t be using plastic bottles any longer! Going greener!
Yay!
But then… how will I be able to use this new trick to separate eggs?

That IS cool. I was impressed how the yolk remained intact. Now to find a good use for the yolks. Any ideas?
