Pac-Man game hacked onto a voting machine
by Larry Geller
Check this out—Pac-Man hacked onto a voting machine with the tamper-evident seals intact.
Why states continue to use these machines is a mystery to me.
Pictured in the video is a Sequoia computer, different from the Hart machines used previously in Hawaii. Can Hart machines be hacked? Perhaps only time will tell.
Hawaii could join the open-source voting machine movement and not only save money but become part of a new industry working towards the safety of our vote.
Comments:
While conservatives try to scare us with rumors of voter fraud the real danger is election fraud. Bring back the paper ballot for all elections.
