Google reported working on way to access (but still pay for) information behind a paywall

Information locked behind a paywall on internet sites is typically available only to subscribers or by paying a one-time fee. Google is apparently entering the market, according to this article (translated from Italian). The article indicates that Google will share the data it accumulates with the information source.
