What happens when health inspectors don’t visit

Yes, and in Hawaii, inspectors are being cut and there’s no plan to inspect the Chinatown markets other than Kekaulike Market.
Restaurants everywhere in the state will also get a free pass.
Unless there is a reversal, the outcome is very predictable.
Keep your video and cellphone cameras handy folks. Video seems to be the only thing that motivates DOH to do their job.
