Mililani may hold record for fewest instructional days due to furloughs
by Larry Geller
A parent reports that Mililani High School will have only 161 instructional days when furlough days are subtracted from the school calendar.
But sit down for this one.
Mililani Middle School, which is a multi-tracked school to begin with (fewer instructional days), will have only 144 instructional days left in the school year according to parent report.
If verified by the school (they were closed yesterday, I couldn’t check), Mililani may hold the record for the fewest instructional days in the state—if not in the country.
Please send reports if your school has fewer days than this. No awards will be given, but people need to know…
