Judge Ezra does not issue injunction, Hawaii schools closed tomorrow

Actually, both the Advertiser breaking news article and the Star-Bulletin seem to have it right. Check out their stories. There are pics of the attorneys also.
Bottom line, Judge Ezra would not issue an injunction today because it would cause chaos tomorrow and children would be put in jeopardy. There’s wisdom in that decision.
Of course, he could have enjoined next week, and the next…
But he will fast-track the case and hear it on Nov. 5, so a preliminary injunction is possible.
