Judge orders TRO to stop state’s health plan

Darn, there’s a news conference in 2 minutes and I can’t get over to the Capitol in time. I just found out about it.

Lawyers for Equal Justice and Rep. John Mizuno will hold a news conference at 2:30 p.m. today with members of the Micronesian community to announce that a federal judge granted a temporary restraining order to stop the implementation of the basic health plan for Compact of Free Association patients.
Rep. Mizuno has been the leading legislator standing up for the COFA patients. He deserves thanks from everyone who believes in justice. Or even health care for all. Great work on this, Rep. Mizuno.
