Superferry allegedly skips out on rent
by Larry Geller
The Sunday paper will probably carry the story from today’s Advertiser breaking news:
Waterfront Partners sued Hawaii Superferry in Circuit Court today, alleging that Superferry has failed to pay $51,310 in rent on its leased headquarters at One Waterfront Plaza.
Ok, I wonder when newspapers and our legislators will ask about those harbor improvement fees. The money could be used for all sorts of things in these difficult economic times.
C’mon, guys, they’re not advertisers any more, you can ask the tough questions.
