$10 Superferry discount fare just a copy error
by Larry Geller
There were two stories on the print Advertiser Business page (now deep inside the Hawaii section) that caught my eye. “Isle new Medicaid plan off to bad start” might better have been on page 1. Then there is the enticing “Superferry offers $10 discount fare.”
Heck, $10 and some Dramamine might tempt me to check it out, that’s almost free.
But it’s only a headline bait-and-switch. The article underneath clarifies that the fare is $39, not $10. The deal is $10 off the regular fare.
Sloppy copy again.

Larry,
After reading Hope Kallai's comments on the PEIS, I really wouldn't even take it for $5, not even for free.
