At last—someone’s paying attention to evacuation plans
by Larry Geller
Today’s breaking news headline is: City to create $3.5 million system of evacuation routes for low-lying areas. The story is to run in tomorrow’s Advertiser.
Finally. This blog has been beating up on this issue for years.
Maybe, when they’re done, they’ll give us each some little piece of paper showing how we can evacuate. Maybe the sirens will be working by then also. Grrr.
